Shipping policy

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for order processing. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. NIS DESIGN is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service.

NIS DESIGN is no responsible for missed deliveries because no one was on home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it.

NIS DESIGN is not responsible if the address entered is incorrect.  Client must pay shipping again if the item was returned because of this.

Once the order in marked “delivered” by the carrier, it’s the customers responsibility to contact the carrier for any delivery Issues.  NIS DESIGN  will not resend the items.
